1. Wer kann an den Kursen des Berlin Dental Hub teilnehmen?

Unsere Kurse richten sich an Fachleute aus der Zahnmedizin. Daher solltest du bereits in diesem Bereich tätig sein, um teilnehmen zu können. Kurse für Quereinsteiger:innen sind als solche ausgewiesen.

2. Wie kann ich mich für einen Kurs anmelden?

Du kannst dich über unser Ticketsystem auf der Website, telefonisch oder per E-Mail für einen Kurs anmelden.

3. Welche Zahlungsmethoden werden akzeptiert?

Die Zahlung erfolgt über unser Ticketsystem auf der Webseite. Du kannst uns aber auch anderweitig kontaktieren und erhältst deine Rechnung dann per E-Mail von uns. Den Betrag solltest du dann innerhalb von 7 Werktagen überweisen.

4. Was passiert, wenn ich an einem Kurs nicht teilnehmen kann?

Bitte informiere uns so früh wie möglich. Je nach Zeitpunkt der Stornierung können Gebühren anfallen. Die genauen Bedingungen findest du in unseren AGB. Es kann auch ein Ersatzteilnehmer benannt werden, sofern dieser die Teilnahmevoraussetzungen erfüllt.

5. Erhalte ich ein Zertifikat nach Abschluss des Kurses?

Ja, für unsere CME-Fortbildungen erhältst du nach erfolgreicher Teilnahme und vollständiger Bezahlung der Kursgebühr ein Zertifikat mit den entsprechenden CME-Punkten.

6. Werden während der Kurse Foto- und Videoaufnahmen gemacht?

Ja, während unserer Veranstaltungen werden Foto- und Videoaufnahmen zu Dokumentations- und Werbezwecken gemacht. Wenn du nicht aufgenommen werden möchtest, teile uns dies bitte vor Kursbeginn schriftlich mit.
